HOW TO DISABLE SAFE MODE (F 8) IN WINDOWS 7
REGISTRY EDIT USING COMMAND PROMPT
100% WORKING  . ....  .  

This is best suited for internet cafes where client machines can be logged into beside the restriction from the server computer. This makes it possible for a customer to have access to the computer although a timer may have been installed on the client computer/machine.
1.    Click on start menu [windows icon on the far bottom left on the task bar].
2.    Type cmd and press enter key
3.    Key in      bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu no
4.    Press enter to accept command
5.    Restart the computer.
6.    Voila …………………… …………. That is it…………….

Note: Input this on all computer client machines
To enable boot manager to accept boot from safe mode,:
1.    Click on start menu [windows icon on the far bottom left on the task bar].
2.    Type cmd and press enter key
3.    Key in      bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes
4.    Press enter to accept command
5.    Restart the computer.
6.    Voila …………………… …………. That is it…………….
