HP BLACK IN CARTRIDGE REFILL INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug on the printer.
- Stand Directly In front of the Printer.
- Open cartridge access bay. [THE CARTRIDGE WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY TO THE RIGHT SET - IN. IF NOT MANUALLY MOVE IT TO THE RIGHT SET – IN. REMOVE THE BLACK CARTRIDGE. [DRAW IT DOWN AND PULL OUT IN THE DIRECTION YOU ARE STANDING]
- Locate the refill entry. [REMOVE THE TOP COVERING BY PULLING IT BACKWARDS. The refill entry is the very first hole you uncover. i. e. Single hole.
- Incline the cartridge in your hand at an angle of 45 degrees with the left bottom tip seated on a surface.
- Draw out with the syringe from the bottle 4ml of the black refill ink.
- Empty gently into the cartridge through the earlier located refill entry hole.
- Repeat gently till ink oozes out.
- Insert the syringe into the refill entry hole and draw out 2ml into the bottle.
- Blot the nozzle of the cartridge with a clean sheet till it leaves a straight black line without break. [NOZZLE IS THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CARTRIDGE. OPPOSITE TO THE REFILL ENTRY HOLE. I.E. THE BOTTOM OF THE CARTRIDGE.].
- Insert the cartridge back into the printer and close the cartridge access bay.
- Run a few test prints.
CHALLENGES

If ink does not flow continuously, or does not flow at all, remove the cartridge and dip it half way into warm water for say 10 minutes.
Blot it clean and dry and replace it.
IF STILL PERSISTENT
Clean the refill entry hole.
- Place the cartridge refill entry hole to tip of your mouth.
- Place a bowl beneath the cartridge nozzle.
- Blow heavily air through the cartridge refill entry hole till it drips beneath.
- Blot and replace it.
